Great for the price.
I really like these bands. The door anchor is nice and works well. The longer anchor I'm not sure how to use and there is nowhere that explains how to use so that is unfortunate. The clips are on the small side, but I was replacing an older set that was showing wear, so I just swapped them out. Other than that, everything is great so far! Read more

Great home program 😃
Best if used on interior door. I used it on my master bathroom door. I have been going to physical therapy and can use the system to complete my routine at home . After I'm done with therapy, this system can help me regain my strength and on my time frame without a monthly gym charge. I love it! Read more

Great set of bands. I use these primarily to do my back exercises and if I want to mix up some of my other routines. Really handy and easy to add on more resistance when ready. I also plan to pack these on longer vacations when there is no gym available but I need to get a workout in. Read more
