Cute colors.. Great stretching tool for pre-workout, light-weight, easy to store in my drawer or a small box in the closet or under the bed. These came on time and are just as described. They work great plus the price is *great* I was so surprised by the booklet that came with it lots of exercises all in color( not black & white like some) so I tried a lot of them and I’m happy to say they have helped me. I have neck problems from a car accident plus arthritis on both side of my neck and unfortunately my neck starts to tighten up so I need to stretch things and thank goodness this is working for me. I also found a YouTube video with Dr. Jo who also has neck problems so I use these bands in conjunction with her exercises and I’m feeling so much better. I’m using these bands light weight one to start off,I’ve put a picture on of the exercises along with the three bands and the nice pouch they can be stored in. I would definitely buy these bands again they are well made and aren’t tacky feeling like some. As far as quality I find them to be very good also like how each is a different color with the the word light,medium or heavy,the size of the bands is what I was looking for they didn’t skimp on length I can wrap them around my hands to do some of the exercises which makes using them easier to use.
