The quality and variety are very good. However, I suggest you try using similar bands at a gym, Y, community center, rehab clinic, etc., first. Even a trial membership somewhere will help you decide if bands of this type are right for you. Resistance training can provide health benefits for just about everyone at any age, as long as done correctly. Done incorrectly, it can do more harm than good. While books and videos can offer suggestions, there's nothing like first- hand, -foot, -back, legs..., experience. Ideally, you'll have used similar bands in before buying these. You'll have a fair idea of what sort of bands (resistance, shape, length), you'll actually use. My guess is that out of this assortment, you'll use a few regularly, and some you won't use at all. Do use caution if you attach any bands to a fixed point (such as a door handle). At a gym, solid anchors are easy to find. At home, a strong band can be turned into a slingshot, with a loose doorknob stamped "Return to sender". The bands come neatly packed in individual sleeves. Once you take them out, you're not likely to put them back. What's lacking is a resealable bag or case. Polymer materials weaken and deteriorate (especially when exposed to sunlight, ozone and other agents). If you've ever grabbed hold of an old rubber band, only to have it disintegrate in your fingers, you know the effect. Read more
I bought my first set of bands for my home gym 20 years ago and paid close to $200. Seems like resistance bands have come a long way over the past 20 years. The quality of these is surprising. I didn't know what to expect considering these are only $37 for the set but they're fantastic. They stretch very far and increase the tension and resistance on a nice linear curve. I loop them around my squat rack and use them for things like face pulls and burnouts on triceps. They work great for every exercise I've tried. The value is incredible on these. I can't believe it's under $40 for the entire set. Wait Resistance labeled on the bands I find to be accurate. The bands themselves are pretty light and easy to move around. You can just throw them over your rack when not in use or hang them from hooks. There's a instruction booklet that's included though I didn't find the need to use it. Bands are pretty self-explanatory but I guess some people need a visual guide on how to use them. Read more

I've had a lot of different brands of resistance bands but really only two kinds. Once that have a good resistance throughout the stretch, and those that have next to no stretch initially and then bam... way too much. No issues with these. Good stretch and resistance throughout the movement, good quality, and we've had no issues despite significant use. Read more
This is a very basic set of bands.. the smeller ones don’t really feel substantial, the bigger ones are better. Really if you’re just looking for a travel friendly kit or perhaps a starter set they will work. But for more serious lifters look for something else. Read more
They all came packaged in one box and individually wrapped. These bands are high quality and durable, I can tell they will last a long time. They make my workout more effective and the varying thicknesses and resistances allow for versatility in my workouts as well. I am happy to add these to my small home gym set up. Read more

I go through a ton of bands like this and these are a solid choice compared to the others I have used. I love that the longer bands are blank as it is a much cleaner look than all of the others with branding all over them. They don’t list the rated tension on the band but the sizes clearly delineate which bands are stronger and which are weaker. The tension feels the same as other bands like them. These should be a staple in most gyms and gym bags because of how versatile they are. The amount of exercises you can do or use these to improve is extensive. They are a great tool to use to help increase pull up strength especially if you don’t have access to an assisted machine. The set comes with both the longer bands and the shorter, lighter bands which is a great set. For the price and functionality, they are a great value. Read more
