My son recently had shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum. He used this band set to help rehabilitate his shoulder and it worked wonders. It was very easy for him to attach a band to a door handle and do the exercises his physical therapist prescribed for him to do. I really like the different strengths of the bands all included in one complete package. I am now using these for strength training videos at home. This is such a great product and very easy to use. This set gives me all the options of a weight set in a fraction of the space. It gives lots of weight options, and attachments. I especially like the under the door attachment (just make sure you pull against the door jam, not the latch!). I didn’t realize that it came with a carry bag at first—it was a happy surprise and keeps all the parts well contained. Read more
This is a very good quality set of resistance bands. I'm just starting out, so I haven't used the tougher strength bands yet. The items I have used, including the lower strength bands, the handles and connectors are good quality. The resistance levels will provide plenty of challenge as I build strength. The length of the bands is good for a variety of exercises. I'm very happy with this purchase. Read more
