This resistance band set works really well for at-home whole body workout
I love having all of the different strengths of bands for many different exercises. As I get stronger I am able to add resistance easily. It also came with handles that are easy to attach and very comfortable to use. The bands were slightly shorter than I expected but really didn't make a difference in using them. It also came with a door mount and a chart of exercises. I love how easy it is to use, changing the resistance bands is quick, the colors indicate what strength is being used. This works really well for at-home whole body workout. Read more
good value, not perfect
Overall happy with this kit. Yes the bands lose a little elasticity after the first use but it's not like they become useless. You always have the option to double or triple up the bands and the color coded system is very helpful. If you are starting out with resistance exercise, I think this is a decent option. Read more

Great Bands for Home Gym
We got these for our home gym and they are a nice addition. They are easy to use and the included accessories are nice. These are a good value for a home gym. I do feel like they've lost a little resistance, but they still work. I think over time they will lose more resistance, but they've been working great for us for several months. Read more
