Good option for pull-up assist, not so sure about the bonus handles
So I've had a set just like this before and this seems to have the edge on quality. I will say that you do have to really choke up on the webbing piece that goes around your pull-up bar in order to get enough tension to really get the full benefit of the assist. Otherwise is it's not stretched enough they are providing more support at the bottom and it drops off as you are pulling up and you don't get any assistance near the top of the motion. The clip for the webbing that goes around the bar is excellent and extremely strong. You just need to make sure and feed through the webbing in the right direction and lock down the clip properly. You know when it's right because it will be easy to tighten and lock down and it won't slip back at all. You can see the right way in the picture I included. I also did need to add one extra band from my old unit to get this strong enough to assist with my pull-up. So I definitely don't think that each band is 75lbs of resistance as they are labeled. Otherwise even at my weight I would have been basically springing up and down and not pulling myself (which I most definitely still was even with 4 bands). So with those two caveats: 1. Its not going to provide as much lift as stated and 2. You really need to have the foot rests starting high enough to provide support throughout the lift, I can recommend this item as a good option. They do also include the two handles which if it had another strap to use them like a TRX would have been excellent. Instead though they appear to be designed to be used to clip to the resistance bands which I don't think is as useful. Since their are only three bands you are limited in the amount of resistance options and it just doesn't seem practical since again it's going to provide different resistance through the motion as you extend and retract.
