At $13.60 (Amazon price at the time of this review) this is an excellent deal. Well-made straps of varying resistance that "do the trick." Here's the quibble: how does one shorten up the bands? One can't. So if you're slight of frame these bands might actually be too big! The inability to easily shorten up the bands is what keeps this from a "5 star" item. 4 stars. Read more
