This resistance training tool(s) is all you need. They have been so helpful and are made with quality and reliability. They come in a little pouch to keep neat and manageable. I work out now with resistance bands exclusively, and I read the reviews on these, and was somewhat skeptical of the quality, but for the price, I couldn't beat it, so I thought I'd give them a try. I bought two sets, and they have been just great. None of the bands have snapped, as some of the poor reviews claimed on the lighter bands, and I have had no issues with their quality. I would not hesitate to buy these again, should the need arise. Read more
I like because you get a nice set...Beware...the light blue skinny one is prone to break on you...I ordered 2 sets and both sets the light blue snapped...Can't handle an overhead press...Only used a few times...The rest of the set is good to go...But I'm cautious...last one snapped and slapped me right across my face. I gave it 4 stars because it's a good buy with the only exeption being the light blue band. Rest assured Amazon makes everything all right with the their guarantee, I opted to get 2 replacement sets instead of my money back...Hopefully I won't have the same outcome less than 3 weeks since i purchased them and only used a handful of times.
