The value is there if you want a cheaper alternative to weights or dumbbells. But I have a few issues with said product. The blue and green bands appear to be flipped. Blue band is shown to be 30lbs, but mine is labeled 40lb. Green band is shown to be 40lb, but mine is labeled 30lb. The green band has a tag that's sewn inside out so I can't even see it. The handles look nothing like the picture. For $30, I'd say you get what you pay for. Product is described better than it actually is. Aside from all that, it's not like the product is unusable. The door anchor is good enough and everything works as intended. There's just too many red flags for me to recommend it to others. Buy with caution. Read more
Good variety of bands and accessories, but the quality feels average. The door anchor is a bit flimsy, so best for light to moderate workouts, not heavy use. Read more
You get what you pay for the price was pretty cheap so the bands seem weak, but I double them up and they do the job. There’s a lot to it with the straps and everything and so that’s what it was described as I’m happy should’ve spent a little more money on something else but they work thank you whoever you are Read more

This resistance band set is compact and versatile. The bands are color-coded and can be used individually or stacked up to give much higher resistance to suit the intensity needed in your workout. The included door and ankle straps help make it possible to do exercises from most angles. The handles are comfortable and everything stores away in the included carrying bag. The instruction sheet was kinda useless -- just pictures without any text, but there are plenty of workout videos on the internet to help guide me on my workout journey. Read more
How to use these bands is not immediately obvious. I have used loop resistance bands for years, this is the first time I bought bands with handles. I may be stupid but I couldn't figure out how to use them, how to attach the handles etc. The door anchors don't work under my doors. There are no instructions / illustrations and nowhere that I am aware of to get the information. Quality seems OK but nothing like the strength of good resistance bands. Personally I wouldn't buy them again. Read more
Got these to go in my at home gym. These have the right amount of thickness and durability, allowing for exercises like overhead presses without concern for snapping. Also, they allow for progressive resistance by adding or clipping multiple bands to achieve desired workout intensity. I'm so happy I got these they're also durable and seem as if they will be long-lasting. My now go-to piece when working out at home. Read more
