I bought this set for physical therapy (at home workout). It is just as nice as the set I use at the PT office. It came with several weights (in terms of resistance) and they are marked so you don’t have to guess. The set came in a bag fo storage, has an attachment for the door along with handles. Since I’m on a restrictive diet, heavy lifting isn’t ideal right now … but these bands let me keep building strength and toning my upper body without strain. The durability is fantastic … they hold up strong through every workout … and the flexibility is perfect with each band. You can even fold them in half for extra resistance when you’re ready to level up! They’re easy to use, simple to set up, and the travel bag makes them super convenient.
