My dental hygienist recommended these and I was super skeptical at first but after using them every day for a couple weeks, my night guard is almost like new again. I have purchased these and been happy with them for more than decade. Wearing a retainer means take care of the retainer and these things clean them very well, easy to use and lots of them in this purchase will keep me supplied for months.
