I love this product! Excellent customer service! I had tried all sorts of ways to deal with dangling charging cords from multiple chargers plugged in under my kitchen island. They were just always fiddly. I was really pleased with this unit solving the problem and was very disappointed when one of the cord retractors stopped working after 3 months - leaving me with a dangling cable yet again. When I was examining the unit to see if there was any way I could open it and repair the retracting mechanism I discovered a really nice note printed on a label on the side. It gave an email address for customer service if anything went wrong. I sent an email and was surprised and delighted to receive a reply the next day. This is a high charge capacity and....it actually charges my cell phone rather quickly. The C adaptors are retractable and pull out considerably further that I have ever needed. In addition to the retractable cords, there is also a USB and C insert to the charger as well. I just came back from Africa and this charger worked flawlessly at the airport, airplane, and plugs in to the voltage reduction adaptors without heating up or having any problems. I wanted a way to contain multiple charging cords on the bar. I tried this and it works well. It charges the iPad mini and iPad Pro quickly. The cords easily retract. I like the way it cleans up that area. It’s compact and easy to set up. You just plug it in and it’s ready to go. The price was good and we haven’t had any connection issues. There hasn’t been any problems with it getting too warm. You can plug it in the top receptacle or bottom (upside down) to utilize the other re receptacle if needed. It does what we wanted it to do. With a house full of electronics this charger is a must! I keep one of these in the kitchen and one in the living room. It had two charging cords that are retractable so no cords are strung out everywhere. This is so convenient to have and with the retractable cords becomes very portable as well. i have been using this charger at home and when i travel, and it has been clutch. i like that it has built in cords so i am not digging around for cables. it helps keep cords neat and outta the way, which is huge for my desk and nightstand. the plug folds up easy and fits in my bag with no stress. charging is fast and my phone jumps up quick, even when i plug more than one thing in. i have used it for my iphone, tablet, and even my galaxy, and it handled all of them fine. the cords feel strong and not cheap. it just makes life easier, less mess, less stuff to carry, and no drama when i need power. I wanted to love this, but the plug itself is foldable and it starts to be unreliable doesn't always connect. That means it doesn't power the cables. The retractable cables are ok. The 2 cables at fast charging speed is excellent. The extra USB c port is great too. But without a reliable plug to the wall it's all worthless. Read more
This is a genius product because it keeps from having multiple cords all over your countertop. I would give 5/5 for that. Love the retractable feature and the multiple cords and places to charge. I have so far bought 3 of these for around my house. But now, for no reason whatsoever, 2 out of 3 have had one retractable charger side stop working. This was after less than 5 months of use. I replaced one bc it is in the kitchen and highly used and the return window closed (dual C charger). But now a second retractable cord has stopped working and my return window is closed. there is no way to contact company. Now, looking at comments, I see that others have had this same problem- one of the two retractable cords stops charging. So, while it is a genius design idea to get clutter out of your life, it is extremely frustrating that in such a short amount of time it stops working. Read more
