I started out with these cheap plastic bands that were fine but always rolled up and stuck to me and were just gross. These have a nice double grip inside and can be hand washed if they get gross which we haven’t gotten to that point as I haven’t had them a month. That being said… my medium band already shows sign of wear in less than a month which is pretty depressing. I have not used the light one so I can’t say how the performance of all of them are but the heavy one has been my go to now. May reach out to retrospec to see if they can replace this one. They do come with a bag but I I don’t bother rolling them all back up to put them back in. Read more
