This is one of my favorite eyeliners ever. The color is gorgeous and is perfect for blue or green eyes. Sometimes, the formula can separate in the bottle, but it always has worked well if I remember to shake it before using it. The applicator is very thin but holds product well, making it easy to draw sharp wings or stay close to the lash line. If you use it every day, the product does go quickly, but it's worth the price you pay for it and more! Easy to use, dries quickly, and non-irritating to the eyes (even if you accidentally get it directly on the eyeball which I don't recommend anyway). I've also never known it to smudge or stay sticky. I have it on a monthly subscription since it’s so affordable. It’s great for oily eyelids, does not smear as the day goes by. I bought this because I finally decided at 30 years old to learn how to do a (subtle) wing. The brush tip is just perfect: small and precise and not too stiff and not too flexible. The formula isn't the best though. It's not waterproof (but it doesn't advertise as such) and it's pretty "smudge" resistant BUT it flakes off throughout the day. The "wing" stays fine, but the eyeliner on my actual eyelid flakes off A LOT. After 10ish hours, it about 50% gone. So I use it just for the wing but then on my actual eyelid I use Revlon's Skinny Liquid Liner (I have NO idea why they have a different formulation) Read more
