I love all the light options for this fan and the fact that it has a remote - it's like a party for your Xbox! I don't use the extra hangers for headphones or controllers, but they're nice to have. Installation is stupidly easy, you just set it on top of your console and you're done! I like the fact that you don't have to screw it on or permanently attach it with adhesive. It's also super convenient that you don't have to plug it in to a wall outlet or use batteries, you just power it with the included USB cord that plugs right into your console. The auto function is great for allowing the fan to run at the speed needed to adequately cool your Xbox without having to really think about it, and it seems to do the job quite well even with playing for several hours at a time. I think this is a pretty cool and nice sort of addition to put onto your xbox, but I'm not a big fan of it taking over a usb port. I only say that because the xbox only has 2 to begin with, and mine are both currently being used. One for storage and one for a rechargeable controller stand. And as nice as it is, it really feels unnecessary. I wouldn't personally recommend this, but if you really like the look of a neon gaming setup, then this might be a great addition for you! Read more
It’s hard to find a cooling system anymore for an Xbox series X everybody seems to have gone to the S series. This cooling fan fits nice and snug on top of the X box. It comes with over 200 different light modes. You can choose from switch back-and-forth if you want. All the controls and switches are on the back of the cooling unit and are easy to access even with my larger fingers. I like that it has a smart chip in it that can sense when the temperature goes up or down and can adjust the fan speed in auto mode. I like the sliding dust cover, can also be used for keeping particles out of your Xbox and being waterproof. It keeps the Xbox nice and cool, especial when my kid plays it for a good six hours at night. Yeah I know he shouldn’t be doing that. The media could not be loaded. So I really like this product but it has one flaw that is only noticeable if you have multiple in your house. I bought 2 of these one for myself and one for my husband but anytime either of us change the color or the fan speed it changes both of them and they are in 2 separate rooms with several walls between them. Basically if you want a separate color or fan speed you would have to unplug one while making the changes. Another fact thats annoying but not really an issue is it doesnt come on or go off when the xbox does but it may be possible to fix that im not sure. If thats not an issue for you then i would say grab it as it works well and is super easy to install. Read more
This fan works perfect. It is relatively quiet, lights are highly customizable and I feel like it does a pretty decent job of keeping the case cooler. Build quality is solid, fitment is perfect and being powered via USB is a great feature. I wish you didn't need the remote to control it, would be better if you could control with on-fan button, but the remote does a fine job, just worried if I misplace it that the fan is actually hindering performance and would need to recycled. The colored lights were pretty neat. But if you are buying it for what it is intended, the fan. Don't buy it! I had bought a different brand awhile back. It started acting up. So I bought this one. The old one that was messed up. Had a stronger air flow in its lowest setting. Compared to this one in its highest settings. Pure junk! Well unless you really don't care about the fan.
