The description says this will work as a replacement for a rice cooker liner, but I think it's only meant as a replacement for a very small instant pot type cooker. I used the measurements provided here to make sure it would fit and ordered it for the 4-cup Aroma rice cooker (ARC-302NG). Unfortunately, it's considerably narrower than the original liner. (I think the measurements must be for the lip of the insert, rather than the interior wall?) This insert also has straight sides, where the original's profile is angled, and it's a good bit taller than the original; as another reviewer noted, the lid of the original doesn't fit. So in short, in spite of the description and measurements suggesting it does, this won't work as a liner for the Aroma 4-cup. What a bummer and a waste of time/shipping. Read more

Nicely made! I've seen many rice cooker pots with sides that felt extremely thin, but this one feels great. The bottom is a little thicker than the sides for better heat distribution. Side of the pot has measurement indications as well. I'm deducting one star because mine arrived with a couple of small dings along the bottom edge of the pot. To be clear, these dings don't bother me and aren't large enough to cause any issues. They are extremely minor, but I can't give 5 stars for a product that is slightly damaged. I'd still recommend this product over a lot of other rice pot replacements as I like the thickness and quality of the product. Read more

This mini rice cooker replacement pot is a really great quality. I appreciate that the measurement markings are etched instead of painted on because paint would have faded over time. And the measurements are read from the inside of the pot since it most likely will be sitting inside the rice cooker when you pour in the ingredients. You can also see from the photo that it is a food grade quality metal. We make a lot of rice in our family, so it’s good to have kitchenware designed for cooking rice. Read more

Nice quality stainless steel inner pot. Intended for a rice cooker but this is also a versatile pot. It can be used as an pot inside a pot with an Instant Pot or as a floating double-boiling pot for melting chocolate. My rice cooker is a Narcissus, and this little pot's rim is a teeny bit narrower compared to the actual rice cooker's pot. I wanted to use stainless steel pot as an alternate, but I'm using it with caution because of the tiny size difference; however, so far the rice comes out perfectly with this stainless steel inner pot. There is no burnt area or evidence of uneven cooking. The rice does not stick to the pot and, after a quick soak, wipes clean easily. The stainless steel metal feels sturdy and durable. I like the size of this 5-cup pot and the variety of ways it can be used. Read more
