I love this bathrobe. I live in it. It is so soft and cozy, very plush. I live in Coastal Oregon where it is 60F, raining and gray in August, so I need nice, warm layers to grab wood and stay warm. THIS IS A WINNER. as soon as I get the chance I will be purchasing more. GET LARGER than you need if you like it to your ankles and to wrap up around you. Stayed soft and fluffy and good looking not like a wet raccoon out of the washer and dryer. Fancy enough to pass on a Zoom call or with the UPS delivery person. Also the hood is tremendous and spacious. Lots of room to pull it over your eyes to pretend the world no longer exists. You need one of these in EVERY single color. Trust me. I needed a replacement for a robe I’ve had for 4 years. This robe is SO SOFT! And warm and cozy! Even my cat who rarely cuddles comes to me when I wear this robe! My boyfriend liked it so much he got one himself! I want everything I wear to be this comfortable! I got the white and grey patterned one an my daughter said it didn’t make me look like a mom! Wonderful super soft and warm robe, although I will not use it in the summer. Sleeves roll up easily and stay put for when I want to wash and prepare for bed. Nice thickness; not super heavy like Turkish robes and not overly "plush" like synthetic fiber plush robes. This robe falls right in the middle. The length is also perfect for me (5'5") as it covers my legs well, (falls to about an inch above my ankles) but does not need to be help up while I go up and down stairs. Delightful soft long and true to size and just about the most perfect thing to get into after a hard day almost like the adult equivalent of your childhood teddy and just a little shy of chic but I don't think that's the purpose of it anyway - so why four stars? well because all those delightful fuzzy things shed like a wild animal - I am glad I'd enough foresight this time to get it in a cream color so now all the fuzzies can simply blend into my bedding and furniture. I am worried about washing this because the last fuzzy robe I washed turned into a porcupine but as of today I am pleased and warm might update later. Update Yup washed on delicate and the degree of softness is directly proportional to degree of porcupine - I feel sad about it as the mushroom color is no longer available I recommend only hand wash and air dry for this if you want it to retain the softness! So I ordered the off white color ("Coconut") Richie House Women's Plush Soft Warm Fleece Bathrobe Robe RH1591 in an XL size and and believe me, you will not be disappointed. I purchased this after reading the reviews. I am 5"4, 115 lbs and wear an XS or size 2 blouse and size 4 pants/skirts. The problem I have with purchasing robes is that they are HUGE on my petite frame. However, I was looking for a very cozy robe and the size small in this pattern worked out for me. Unfortunately, I also ordered in red and it did not fit the same - too large. I am very pleased with the RH1591 pattern - white and gray. And my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel likes it too. Whenever I have it on she wants to snuggle on my lap. It's very warm. Oh, one last thing. Like some of the other reviewers, I like that the sleeves are not huge.
