I used it on my back when it was breaking out from getting stressed out at work. I applied it by myself at home at night before bed after showering and drying off. I just used a pair of scissor. It was easy to peel off and i somehow was able to reach my arm around in a way without anyone else’s help to get it across the top of my back (hard to reach, lol). It doesn't hold very well in high bend/stretch places like fingers, etc, but if you apply some breathable heavy-duty 3m band aid roll on top or leukotape, it's perfect, isolates the wound from external dirt and bacteria, and heals much faster than using regular 'dry' band aids Read more
