I have taken these for a year and I love them. I am in menopause and they have helped ease my symptoms. Please note I said ease not take away. The shift is small but I definitely notice if I skip a day. My recent labs show that they have helped increase my vitamin D levels. I don't experience any irritability side effects with these which has been an issue for me with other menopause supplements. They are easy to take and I like the minty flavor. I highly recommend these for anyone dealing with perimenopause or menopause! Read more
Ritual’s multivitamin
Love these vitamins. I haven’t noticed any change however has everything I need in 2 pills. it’s easy to swallow specially with the minty flavor. Have not recognize any fishy after taste. I do need to take with food and lots of water. On empty stomach makes me nauseous. Read more

Upsets my stomach
These do nothing for me but upset my stomach and leave a belch up fish taste. I regret wasting the money on them. But thought I’d give them a try cause I can’t take Vitamin A. These aren’t for me. Read more
One a day
I have been only taken for a couple of weeks , so I cannot share yet a difference in how I feel, but I like the spearmint taste with no digestive issues. I do think however it’s a bit expensive and may look for a less expensive one a day. Read more

Less Fatigue and Better Sleep
I am 74 years old and I noticed a change right away. I have more energy and I sleep better. I am only taking one capsule a day for now because sometimes certain vitamins make my skin break out. Yes, even at my age! Sad but true. I like this vitamin so much that I have ordered the Ritual HyaCera Skin supplement so I will report on that later. My goal is to take less supplements and only take a few that work. In essence, I am spending a little more for a really good vitamin instead of wasting my money on a lot of lower quality vitamins.
