Would buy this again for the person who has everything
Rivers Edge Wall Mount Wine Bottle Holder - BLACK LAB This. Is. Awesome!!!! We have amazing neighbors and they had an amazing black lab. If I could ever have a dog, I would want it to be just like their dog. They lost him in early 2015 (old age). Very sad, but he lived a great life. And they drink wine which makes them even more awesome. We have neighborhood get togethers. Everyone is great and it's like one big family. We do a gift exchange but it's hard to buy for people that seem to have everything. Then the holidays were rolling around and I was at my office white elephant gift party. Normally the "gifts" are crap. Seriously crap. The shindig started up and someone unwrapped this exact item. I went crazy and immediately started plotting my opportunity to "steal". This would be an absolutely perfect gift for my neighbors. My horribly mean coworkers conspired against me and made sure it was "stolen" the requisite 3 times and "frozen" before it was my turn. Grrrrr. So then I made a plea to the group. Since the gift givers are anonymous, I asked for the original giver to provide a hint of where I might find such an awesome item. Five people at once exclaimed "AMAZON!". Haha - onto my iPhone I went, found it and ordered it. It was time to do our neighborly gift exchange the next day and I had to explain to our friends that their gift was coming - that it was perfect for them and I would appreciate their patience. It was delivered quickly and I wrapped it immediately. We paired it with a bottle of wine in a gift bag and headed next door. She cried. Literally teared up and smiled from ear to ear. Took pictures of it. It is perfect. She said it was the "Most Perfect" Christmas present of the year. Oh yeah. SUCCESS. Then we spent the next 10 minutes looking at more options on Amazon for other friends and neighbors. And her... She also has a rooster kitchen so I immediately found that option enticing. Sorry for the long story. It was just cool... We were very impressed with the quality of this little guy. The fur, the wrinkles in its nose, the glassy eyes, you could almost see the texture in the collar. He holds his liquor very well! It's resin, but still sturdy. Very very cool. I would buy this again in an instant. With all the options available, there is bound to be something for almost anyone you know. And to think... I almost didn't go to that White elephant office party... Read more
