These are wonderfully detailed. I bought different pulls for my 3 fans. I planned to use the pine cones on all fans to differentiate between the light pull and the fan. I got the cabin, antlers, and bear for the lights. All are well made. One thing - the chain is chrome which won't work with my chrome fixture fans - so be prepared to purchase different chains if this matters to you. Of course, Amazon has the chain(s) you need... What a lovely little touch to add to our home! These pieces are very well made and a perfect size. While the metal tone of the ball chain is different from our fan chain, it is barely noticeable. It would be a suggestion to the company to offer a choice of finishes for the chains. Read more

Pine cones are my main decorating theme in my mountain lodge style home, and I was so happy to find this fan pull by Rivers Edge. It is hanging next to my black bear fan pull, and looks great. These pine cone fan pulls look really nice. They are a little small but if they were bigger it wouldn't look good. Fan pulls are not suppose to be big. These look like authentic pine cones and go great with my outdoor theme. I don't use my ceiling fan that often so I don't know how well they would hold up to constant pulling. I've had them for 8 months and so far, so good. They feel well made, maybe from a cast resin. They do look nice. I bought this a few months ago to extend the fan light pull in the kitchen so that my granddaughter can reach it. It is small and not in your face. We have not had any problems with it and even bought the acorn more recently. They look nice together. Looking ahead, they may need a fresh coat of poly next spring, but are not showing any wear now.
