Even though the rest of the Bluevua filtration does most of the heavy lifting, this PP sediment filter plays a huge role in catching the larger particles early in the process, and those weird little sediments that make water look cloudy if left unchecked. Once this filter was in place, the water coming out immediately looked clearer and tasted smoother without any smell. I actually noticed the difference before and after a filter change, which is rare. My family drinks more water now because it actually tastes good. I use a BlueVua water filter because the water pipes in my area are very old. As a result, I often get brown water, even with the cold supply, and the water flow slows down due to sediment buildup. I find myself needing to replace the filter before its expiration indication. I recently discovered the PP filter from XFlutura, which is more affordable than the genuine filter, allowing me to replace it without as much pressure. This filter is solid and has the same shape as the original. I successfully installed the XFlutura PP filter in my BlueVua water filter and reset the indicator. Once the replacement cycle was complete, I noticed that the flow of purified water was stronger than before.
