Okay, so dumb me read Mapping instead of mopping so i was disappointed, then realized it's mopping included. Anyway i have a Roomba 705 max combo.. which is a higher end robot for my main floor. For our upper bedroom floor, I did not want to spend that much money, but i wanted a robot for upstairs. So this was pretty cheap, so I went for it. This product uses the TUYA app. It has minimal functions. 1. Auto - Random mode. This really is random. VERY random. and this is the default. 2. Spiral- Which is Spot clean.. which goes in a circle 3. Partial Bow- Which is a zig zag mode... this is the best mode to use. 4. Wall- goes around the edges 5. Manual-- which is basically what the remote of the robot can do. It picks up dust very well. Mopping is basic, it's like using a tiny swiffer.. but put a splash of bona in the water tank and you will be ok. It fits under couches. so it's thin. so not bad at all.. i had a lot of dust bunnies under our beds... and it dragged out the dust bunnies.. not all went in the bin, but it was funny to see them being dragged all over the floor. My suggestions: 1. On your first trial, Sweep EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING. under beds, couches, tables. SWEEP EVERYTHING. especially things like peanuts etc. This robot will not suck large items. My roomba does a better job at that. My dad apparently eats in his bedroom (gross, i know) and the robot tripped over a peanut... then started pushing it around everywhere.. it did not pick it up. 2. Add a splash of bona to the water. A SPLASH ONLY. 3. once the robot goes into a room... close the door.. so that it vacuums that room.. and it can do it room by room. 4. Clean the dustbin and water tank ASAP after it completes a room, then let it charge. I'm giving it 5 stars, because it's a cheap robot but vacuums well.
