This product is great for the price. Takes about 5 minutes to set up which includes the vacuum room mapping. Wonderful product that saves me so much time while having a baby. The media could not be loaded. Very pleased so far! Its quiet which was a number one concern. It runs and you can barely hear it. It doesn't get stuck which is also very nice! I like that it maps the house and offers no go zones. It hasn't runs the full amount of time that it claims but it does run about an hour plus so far and will resume if you set it up to do so. The price was great too as I was looking for economical but functional! It picks up well. We have a dog and a cat. So far, im happy with how it keeps up with fur! This is my first time buying a robot vacuum and mop, and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this useful. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it really saves a lot of time and effort. Easy to move around, and the suction power is great! And easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and app It does a great job keeping the floors clean daily, functionality with the app is easy and practical and I love how I can just let it run while I do other things. It feels like a very innovative product, and now I understand why so many people have one. This is my second purchase of this vacuum as I loved the first so much that I wanted to provide a second unit for a different floor. The setup was easy and the mapping is so efficient that it allows you to set it up and schedule all at once for a hands off cleaning experience. Once you set it up, you no longer have to worry about it. Cleans really well and doesn't get stuck on items with the front wheel keeping things from getting wrapped up in the the brushes. I’ve had this robot for 5-6 months and now it can’t find its “home”. When I set it down in the “home” it takes itself away and the backs up to it 5-6 time before it’s situated. The battery life has been cut way down. It only does 1/2 of what it originally did before it has to charge and sometimes it die before making it back “home”. It doesn’t pick up dirt or animal hair like it used to despite cleaning the whole thing up like it were brand new. Read more

I am quite pleased with this product. The setup was extremely easy, not fast, but very thorough. The price point is great. What I like the most about this product is that it mapped my entire home so thoroughly that it amazed me at its first cleaning. Easily connected to my WiFi with absolutely no issues.
