I'm very pleased with thickness, color and quality of this tape. PT showed me how to put it on my knee which has caused me a lot of pain since my meniscus surgery. I went dancing last night wearing it and not only did it stay on, but it was very effective in toning down the pain so I could have fun. Somewhat expensive but I think it's SO worth it. I have tendonitis in my wrist from 20 years of cutting hair so I have tried several different brands of kt tape. This H20 extra sticky sounded perfect. While it's very good and works as far as pain relief, the adhesive isn't going to last more than 2 days. I only docked it one star because I hoped it wouldn't lift, but I know asking a tape to last through multiple shampoos is a lot. It very well might last several days on a different part of the body but just know that if it's a wrist or gets wet several times, it will start lifting on the edges. I am going to stick with this tape though because even with the small lifting it is stronger than anything else I've used. Read more

I’ve been a trainer for 25 yrs and I have Rock Tape on Subscribe & Save. It is also in my emergency Go Bag. When I travel…. It goes with me. This stuff is AMAZING! Some of my clients have even referred to it as “like magic”. The blood flow it generates in muscles and joints is remarkable. My 84 yr old mother even asks to be taped when her Achilles tendons act up. Boom! She can walk again. I used to use ibuprofen A LOT. Now I just tape up and get the same relief about 90% of the time. None drug pain relief! And by far the black is my favorite. Something about it seems to be more supportive. Might be the black ink…. Who knows. But I don’t care.
