When I discovered that the sound in my recording space was horrendous, I looked for a solution and bought this one. I bought it used because I was on a deadline and a new one would have not shipped in time to make my deadline. Since it was used, the pieces rattled around in the box and the pieces didn't quite look like the descriptions, so it took me a long time to put it together as I got it wrong several times. That being said, when I finally got it set up, the sound quality was far better than I expected. It made a huge difference and my recordings sound great. A little lose fit on a mic stand (paired with a shock mount) for me, but definitely manageable for the price! I don’t have that problem with the desk stand it comes with. I’d recommend the purchase overall. The 3 fold adjustment is stable, and the material seems high quality. Read more
