I really liked these wax cartridges. The honey wax warms up quickly and applies very smoothly with the roller. It grips the hair well and pulls everything out from the root without leaving sticky residue behind. My skin feels surprisingly soft afterwards. The finishing wipes were a nice bonus too. This gets the job done. It glides on well and adheres to the hairs nicely. The only thing I don’t like is the machine that heats these cartridges—you have to let it get super hot, otherwise the roller will pull on your hairs, and that HURTS! I was able to wax my underarms, bikini area, and legs with one cartridge. I did have to use a second one just to get a few stragglers. I would recommend it. Also, it came with 16 after-wax wipes, which I love—they removed the leftover wax from my skin easily. Once I finish this pack, I’ll be going back to the wax I use in the bowl only because it heats up much faster than the machine these cartridges require. I purchased these in September since they appeared to be the same brand/type of wax cartridges that came with my wax roller kit and those had worked amazing. I haven’t attempted to use them until now since I hadn’t run out but now I wish I would have tried them before my refund window closed. 1. All four leaked at the top during delivery and were completely glued shut. I had to get my husband to use a utility knife to slice them and peel them off just to be able to see the roller. 2. I went to peel the paper off the roller and it would not budge. I let it heat up thinking that would help, and it did absolutely nothing. Half the paper melted into the roller and half got sucked into the wax itself. 3. At this point I should have quit but I had already come this far. The roller would not roll. Even with extreme pressure that was literally ripping my leg hairs out it wouldn’t move. I resorted to using my fingers to see if it would move at all ended up with wax all over everything.
