We have used heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, and a little vanilla extract to make our own ice cream base. Each girl choose thier own add ins. It is so easy tonl use. You freeze the premium stainless steel instant freeze plate for 12 hours. Then, let your child pour their mix onto the rolled ice cream tray and watch it harden. In 5–7 minutes, they can scrape and roll their creation using the included scrapers. The entire unit can be rinsed thoroughly under running water.
