Roma Boots Womens Chelsea Lace-Up Rain Boots

These are mahhhhhvelous! Purchased Size 9. Typically, wear Size 8-1/2 to 9 US. Well made. Love the look. Love the color. Love the fit. Perfect if wearing socks; floppy if not wearing socks, but that's no problem. I actually purchased them as much for protection working a large rural yard with numerous "potholes," large anthills (that I often seem to be standing in the middle of - OUCH!) and the possibility of varmints (e.g. snakes). They make my feet fairly sweaty right now, which also makes them a bit difficult to remove, but doable. I love Roma's policy to donate footwear to a child in need equivalent to every pair purchased. 8/3/2018: Editing my review to add pictures. "Pardon my dust," but obviously, I use as work boots and not as a fashion statement. LOL! I wanted to show how the boots appear "live" and with feet inside them. 10/16/18: Had to share this. I live in a rural area and have to walk about 300 yards (one way) to get the mail. After recent rain storms, the dips (semi-potholes) in the driveway were quite full of water. I merely walked through the puddles, some almost up to the ankles. I'm happy to report that there was absolutely NO water seepage; my socks were totally dry. Another reason to love these boots. I can tell by material they won't hold up. I walk through rocks, and muck, often and can tell these will tear. I typically wear Xtratuffs but wanted a shorter/lighter boot for the spring/summer. The footbed needs an insole which I tpically add with boots, for comfort. These definitely need one. They're cute, but cute isn't enough, for the price. I'll kill them in a week. If you're just shopping or light walks they will probably work for you. Read more

They were slightly on the smaller side and didn't have any half sizes available to go up. I loved the look and they worked great for a while until the rubber ripped along the side of my foot. They ripped after about 2 months of wearing them. They were cute and I liked them but disappointed in the quality. Read more

I LOVE these boots! I wore them everyday while I was in WA. I wore them on a 6 mile hike up steep inclines and in snow. My feet were a bit sore the day after, but they gave me the support and traction that I needed! Seriously couldn't love these boots more! I've gotten tons of compliments on them! :) I bought a size 7 and I am typically a 7.5-8; usually an 8 in a tennis shoe so I would size down.
