These are fantastic !! I'm freaky picky about scratchy or anything like a thread bit these are a SILKY WARM FLEECE THAT'S LIKE SHORT SILKY MINK FUR !! I wore them last night when l decided my hair looked like crap after the hot tub and had them under my boot cut jeans but over my knees short boots and road my Harley to the store in 40° I'm only 110lbs but l didn't wear my chaps like you would in this weather on purpose to see if my knees or calves got cold !! these are quite warm and definitely long. Im 5'10" so they only go from ankle to a few inches above my knee without stretching but i expected this (im sure my fellow tall girlies can relate). They do shimmy down with movement when my legs are bare (i'll take that over a band that causes pain from being too tight), however, they layered well over jeans and leggings (not the really smooth shinier kind i have, those have no grip for the fleece). I am 5'7" 125lb and these are really short on me, if I dont want my ankles exposed they barely come over the knee and keep falling down just because the top is too near the knee bending area if that makes sense. I've just resorted to wearing them higher up and with long socks to cover my ankles. The material also frays really easily I can tell they not gonna last long. I just received these today, and already I'm planning to order a second pair. I am 5ft. 3 or so and wear a size small; I am not bottom heavy. These cover me from my ankle up to my upper thigh (almost total leg coverage), which is what I was hoping for. And they stay up without being too constricting; the amount of pressure feel good.
