I really have been enjoying these gummies by ROOT LABS. I can definitely say after taking these for about a week my sleep has improved a lot. As someone who is a bad sleeper, these helped my sleep quality as well as feeling rested the next day. I also feel more energized after taking these, as well as a little more focused.
