This backseat extender/protector to haul your pet is amazing! We have a crazy Black Lab and I bought this so we could take her on a trip with us. It fit in the back seat of my Lexus GX perfectly, which has a white interior!!! The back, both sides and front protect the complete interior of my backseat area 100%! The hard bottom extends the backseat area giving her more room to roam and prevents her from falling in the floor if we have to slow down quickly! The mesh area between the two front seats allows her to see out the front but keeps her from climbing up front! I can unzip it to pet her! I can’t express how happy I am with this pet car seat! When set up, it makes a roomy little rectangular area for her to travel! The non-slip fabric keeps it from sliding around on the seat. It is well made and well worth the money! Perfect backseat "hammock!" I have a 65 pound doodle, and this works very well for him. The zippers seam a little cheap, so I am worried about that, but I do like this much better than the pervious one I had that didnt have a hard bottom. Read more

Fit very well in the middle seat of my Nissan Rogue 2021. Easy installation. Fits securely even if dogs are moving around. I have large breed dogs that shed so I needed a stable platform for them to stand on which provides more room than the seats. Now they have space to lie-down as well. The Velcro opening to attach the safety harness to the seat buckle works well. Mine came with one so I use it on the hyper dog. Easy clean up as the fur doesn’t stick to the material. I LOVE this product I use it in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma and in my 2023 Toyota Rav 4! We’ve used it for many beach trips, camping, and hiking! It’s easy to install and easy to clean. It seems to be waterproof or at least resistant! Great purchase for the price and we use it a lot! This must be #4 of car hammocks for dogs that I have bought and tried in the last 10 years. Before, I got the regular soft ones, which required me to fill the space between the front and the back seats with something so that one or two large dogs would not be too heavy for the hammock and cause tear. This one is an actual seat EXTENDER with a sturdy 3-part foldable bottom. Not only does it help to keep your car clean from doggy hair, saliva and other possible whoopsies, but it serves as an actual relatively sturdy platform, so your fur ball can be as comfortable as possible during any car ride. The side parts can be zippered up and attached to the handle above the window via a strap on both sides, so your dog will be in his own 'travel compartment'. Teddy old dog with arthritis but also a serial shedder. Knowing he would be very comfortable while keeping most of his hair inside this special area, was a much appreciated convenience on this long drive. The hammock was secured with the typical headrest and seat straps. Teddy appreciated the additional non-slip blanket atop the extender. As you can see, there is a large mesh section towards the front of the car, so additional air from the vents is guaranteed. Apparently it also makes a great headrest for Mr Floof. At every overnight stop, I would took that hammock out and shook the shedded hair off. Easy peasy. Only takes a few minutes to get do and get it back in place. This cover is pretty awesome especially when paired with a set of doggy steps. I recently bought a 21' Tundra Crewmax 1794 edition and wanted to protect the nice leather, this cover not only fits the king sized backseat space like a glove but has the pretty tall divider for right behind the front seats to prevent your dogs from scratching your middle console or the back side of your front seats. This is the only cover I could find anywhere after weeks of research with a tall divider like that to keep them blocked out from the front of the cab, and fully protect my front seats. Also has caught all the hair magnificently and saved me from having it all over the back of my new truck. And as far as the extender portion of it goes that covers the open space in front of the back seat to add extra room for them, it's plenty solid I'm hauling 2 dogs back there and one of them is a full grown Presa Canario pushing 100lbs. It holds her weight no problem without buckling like a lot of other covers do. Also zips in all the corners so it effectively creates a boxed in space back there and protects everything you'd be concerned with protecting. This has been a lifesaver for me considering I'm religious about taking my pups everywhere with me on my adventures but did not want to even think of chancing any damage on my new vehicle. Best of both worlds with this cover, I will never go without having one again.
