I purchased this Rove Suction Cup Mount when my ALDF Dash camera's suction cup broke after a year. This unit looked identical to the original. I was hoping I could just swap out the original mounting piece that attaches to the camera and screw it into the new Rove unit. Sure enough, the original mounting piece slid into place perfectly, and I was able to get the screw and knob tightened. This replacement was affordable and easy. I am now able to use my Dash camera again. I was impressed the Rove suction cup has a better gripping power than the original piece. I would definitely recommend this as a universal replacement. Just a caveat, this unit comes in a little plastic bag with no instructions, so you are on your own attempting to install this unit on your camera. Read more
