Rovsun portable air conditioner
This compact unit has been wonderful! It's helped immensely in our desert summer heat and was much more economical than we expected. It's sturdy and reliable. Read more
Did not receive one of the most important materials and most of the options don't work
The media could not be loaded. Live in PA and the weather right now is 85 degrees. We opened the box excitedly, hoping to set up our new AC as quickly as possible, only to find out that we needed the window kit and the adapter. We tried to look up a substitute for the adapter, hoping we could just replace it, only to find out it's just some unordinary size! Approximately 6 inches in length and 4.7 (or 4.9) inches in width, completely different from what stores sell. I tried to find an adapter through the manufacturers, but could not find anything. It's incredibly dangerous to even live in a 95-degree house, fans or no fans. So it's very frustrating finally getting it only to not be able even to salvage anything. Furthermore, the wifi option doesn't even work. Connected the apps and followed the instructions in the manual, tried the different connection options, and everything. Sometimes the Wifi dot on the AC will blink but it still wouldn't connect to my internet. Most of the buttons on the AC itself didn't work either? So I couldn't imagine losing or not receiving it. I'm not the type to make reviews, but since this item already doesn't have a lot of reviews for it, I think this would be helpful in helping you decide if this is worth it. Read more

Good value AC unit
Unit cools nicely, love the ability to program daily on-off times, the app is a little wonky with all the Chinese text in every screen in the app, but it works! I've wrapped the exhaust hose with 6 in X 25 feet of insulation wrap to keep the extra heat out of the room! (I taped each wrap with some aluminum tape). Read more
