We recently bought an Evolution Ranger golf cart. Even though there are 3 storage areas and many cup holders that a phone could fit in, I was worried about it bouncing out. The frame is square steel. The magnetic mount on the holder attaches very well. The "arms" are extended and when the phone is placed in it, the phone presses a little red button and the "arms" close to grip the phone. We have Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phones which are quite large and they fit and it grips without an issue. Pressing the two "wings" on the side releases the "arms" and the phone is easily removed. The magnetic mount can, of course, be placed most anywhere and the holder itself is adjustable and then can be locked down. We have them looking directly at each one of us and makes the phones secure and easy to use. Read more

Nice unit. Magnet is super strong. Red button on back of unit to close jaws doesn’t really work, especially with a phone case. Could allow a deeper case. Have iPhone 14 Pro with wallet case, and really fare to get it into the jaws. Read more
