I have been using RSVP ball point pens for a very long time, because they work very well. This is just a replacement pair, and I tried them upon arrival, and they work just as well as all RSVPs have in the past. I highly recommend this ball point brand. I recommend the Medium Point variety; the Fine Point is just too fine (i.m.s.v. - in my subjective view), and it kinda tears the paper (as I tend to press really hard on my pens (& pencils) when I still write) - which is often.
