Works perfectly around my chair base. I used wide top self tapping screws to also hold the edging in place. I can't trust the adhesive to stay in my case. Adhesive works very well. The color is black. A flat black rubber look. Value for money is excellent. Easy to use and the directions about the tape is spot on. So instead of pay thousands for a medical seat to help stabilize me I decided to it with some style for a few hundred. After some minor mods to the seat I now have something even ROHO and all major medical support seat manufacturers do not offer. The wood base covers my couch cushion because I got a couch with built in cushions. Never doing that again. But I got it practically brand new for free a Lazy Boy. So I can't complain to loudly. The rubber edging feels solid and durable. Solid in its not cheap feeling. Its amazoningly flexible and supple and durable feeling. Read the many reviews on this product and decided to buy it for a project that my wife and I completed today. The faux wood paper on the vertical edge of the sliding door of my travel trailer was coming undone and I used the rubber edge to fix it. To my surprise, it worked out great! The adhesive performed as it should. I want to pass along a recommendation. Follow the instructions step by step without fail. My wife and I teamed up and I think it is an easier project if two people coordinate removing the red adhesive tape and then put moderate pressure on the rubber to attach to the surface. Read more
Used this for the metal roof on the cat house to prevent my dad from running his head into it. Looks great and works wonderful. How ever I ordered 3 boxes that should have been 60ft total and it was only 10 ft in each box. Outside of not having enough, it was super easy to apply and took minutes to do. Worked perfectly for what I needed it for - to protect bottom rungs of bar stools! The only problem was that it was often difficult to peel off the protective film over the glue strip, so sometimes pulling on the film pulled the glue away from the surface of the plastic. Read more

Fit well, adhered well, wrinkles around the corners, hopefully it’s durable and lasts a long time. I bought this to cover metal roofing over firewood. Didn’t want to gash my head when loading or unloading firewood. I now feel safer because I am clumsy with my dome piece. This is thick enough that I am protected without needing a helmet. Read more
