My 6 year old wanted to be Ant-Man for Halloween this past year and wanted me dressing just like him. Was worried being a little on the larger size that the costume would not fit and he would be disappointed that I could not dress like him. This is a nice Ant Man costume for the price. The costume itself is great. Very comfortable and detailed. My only criticism is that the mask if a face mask.. Not over the head. It looks nice though. If you are over 6 ft. and 200 lbs probably a good idea to go with the XL. I'm a little larger and mine fit perfect. Add some black gloves and you are set! Enjoy! Read more

It's what you expect! I can't really complain! It's a pretty cheap costume, so you're not going to be surprised by anything you might not like. I think the costume stands to improve by including gloves in the set, and making the footwear a separate purchase. Currently the costume has these awkward foot coverings attached to the legs and you buy the gloves separately. The worst part of this particular costume, for me at least, is the fact that there's no neck cover. I feel like it really lowers the costume's aesthetics, granted that this is a cheap costume! I would not have minded paying an extra amount just for a collar, though! The helmet replica is terrible. Even for typical, cheap masks. For starters, when my costume arrived the elastic band that goes around my head broke off as I pulled it out of packaging. I'd hate to be one of the unlucky ones to have it bust during a party. Also, the paint wasn't refined. I know, getting nitpicky here, but just trying to give the details on this product. There's a spatter of red on the gray portions, and you can see little bits of gray on the black. Also, the mask has this RED NETTING instead of plastic for the eyes, which really bothered me especially since the ad photo shows otherwise. I'm either going to have to repaint the mask and modify it, or just make one from scratch with cardboard (not as difficult as you might think and better quality). So, summing it up, this is your basic cheap, low quality costume. Maybe a little worse. It's enough to get you through Halloween, but definitely not enough to impress, and it might not last 'til next year! If there's another costume you're considering you may want to give it a second glance before deciding on this one, even if it is bit more costly, and even if you are an Ant-Man lover like myself!
