Easy on and off, but the Velcro on the back came off right away, so my husband had his shirt exposed from neck to waist in the back. Otherwise very cute, and I loved that it came with all of the accessories. Does not cover the feet, so you do need black shoes. My husband is normally a size L tee shirt and a 34 waist, 30 inseam, has a belly, and it fit him great. Read more
