Purchased as a costume for a drama production. The shirt is perfect, good quality and looks really nice. The show is this week so I'm thankful that there are other appropriate hats in the drama department closet because this hat is REALLY bad. This is not a super detailed and high-quality costume, but it isn't priced like one! Comes with an okay hat and a good shirt with bade and nametape attached. Pick up some fake chrome handcuffs for $4 from amazon and throw on some blue or black slacks and you have a fully made costume with minimal effort. Fit as expected or maybe a little on the big side. The shirt comes in two sizes, too small and too big. The hat comes in one size, ridiculous. It's the biggest, ugliest hat. I think I've ever laid eyes on. Not only is it comically large, it is impossible to shape it so that it looks like a hat. It looks like a dirty shirt that you piled on your head. Do yourself a favor and buy a different costume. The shirt fit fine and was not too cheesy but the hat, let me tell you.... it was not even close to the picture and was oversized and mishapen as well as just looking clownish in nature. Purchase fine other than that. I just didn't use the hat since it looked so ridiculous. Read more

I wasn't expecting much and I am still shocked with the quality. The shirt is is rough and I can't wash it to try and soften it since the details are either cheap stickers or hot glued to the shirt. I expected a simple safety pin for the badge but they are hot glued directly to the shirt and hat. The hat is a whole new level of trash. First it's nothing like the picture. Second it has no pomf to it. It appears as if I wire is supposed to give it the shape but the wire is bent to hell and has nothing to hold it in a proper position. Even wearing it it looks like the beret that Joker wears in the Keaton Batman movie. Like previously stated the badge is hot glued to the hat along with other buttons(?). This is worse than a bargain bin costume. Don't buy this! Save yourself some cash and find a different cop costume. Read more
