The shirt is actually pretty nicely made, although the patches appear to be plastic, so I had to be careful when I ironed the wrinkles out of the shirt. I'm not sure why the hat is black and the shirt is dark blue, but whatever. The hat doesn't stay up like the picture shows, but he only has to wear it for one day and he is happy with it.
