I don't understand why people are filling the reviews with copy pasted political opinions. I am very sorry if you're offended, I truely am. But the reviews are a place for people to see if the product is made well, fits correctly, etc. It is not a place for you to pose opinions on race or politics. That being said, this costume was very inexpensive. For the price, it was actually really well made. The feather was sewn on wrong, but that was easy to fix. There is some good news, some bad news and some "meh" news. Good news -- the vest is pretty nice. The matching turban, (more on the feather later) once you fill it out, looks fine. It is a little on the large size. The bad news -- The sash is a joke. You would do better to just buy a piece of unfinished fabric you like to match -- because that's what it is. And it is significantly smaller than in the picture. The feather in the turban is not secured and does not stand up unless you stitch it into place. It was also pretty pathetic. I feel sorry for the bird that lost it. (I replaced it with a better quality) Now for the "meh" news -- the pants are pretty slim for a "one-size-fits-all" costume. It would be fine on a skinnier guy. I gave it three stars because I have three usable pieces with some alteration. Would I buy it again? Probably not, but it is more than adequate for a cheesy sultan costume. More impressive sultans need to plan on using their sultan wealth to buy a better costume. Read more
These costumes did well for my “Persian Royal palace guards” we changed the hat because it was difficult to manage, so be aware of that. The pants and vest were a good size to fit many body types. It was a bit big on my female actor, but it still worked! This costume has Aladdin vibes; it was really cute and lasted through multiple performances and costume changes. Read more

There is a hole in the back of the vest, and the feather will need to be re-attached to the turban because is was jammed in the packaging the wrong way. Will make due for one night, but wish I would have listened to my first instinct and took a pass on ordering. Read more
