I really don’t have anything negative to say about this coat. It is definitely heavier and a little thicker than it appears even in the picture. Be advised it is warm so if you are looking for an every day coat, this might not be the best choice.. it seems to be well-made and accurate to size. I've had it close to a week. It's a heavy coat with plenty of room for additional layers. I haven't tried styling it with a waistcoat yet but I think that the more formal the style the better it looks. I did try it unbuttoned with a sweater and khakis, which looked okay. Besides looks, the coat functions well in keeping you warm. It has been in the 20s Fahrenheit and I have felt comfortable. The only issue I have is the inside button is a bit tricky to get buttoned. This is a lightweight coat. It is not an overcoat. The fit would not allow for wearing a suit underneath it. The length is nice, but there is a vent slit that starts at the waist; this coat would not offer any protection against the cold or wind. The way it is cut on the back would lead to you freezing your butt off. It is lightweight to the point of being impractical for wear in the winter. Arrived today, wore it for a bit in 40 degree weather and I would have been better off with a heavy sweater or hooded sweatshirt. If you need a coat to walk from the cab to the door of the venue, it is okay( as long as you do not have to wear a suit),other than that, it is basically useless. Read more
