The only bad thing is if you have a small frame (like me) you gonna have to strap it really hard cuz other way it will sit loosely an the sides won't even touch your ribs. Read more

You can strap it tight, easy to take on and take off, and the weight is centered very well in my chest! I use this for calisthenics instead of running and I highly recommend it to slowly start increasing your weight! The weights are non-replaceable though, so to increase weight you WILL have to buy another vest. Read more
