The quality of these bras are incredible! I absolutely love how the padding is sown into the bra. No more missing pads, or misshapen ones, after doing laundry. These bras are so comfortable, and truly exactly what I was looking for. If you are picky with how bras look with clothes on, there is a seam that runs on the outside of each breast, which can be seen when wearing tight clothing. It doesn't bother me, but just an FYI! I am usually a 34C in bra size, and I ordered both medium and large just to see. The medium is definitely tighter, but not uncomfortable at all. I honestly prefer the tighter fit when working out. Both provide some support, but nothing out of this world. If you have larger breasts, these bras probably are not the support that you are looking for. The girls do bounce a bit when running!
