I loved the style of this bra. I’m in the process of losing weight and feel like I’ll like it way better 20lbs from now. It’s medium support, I’d workout in it, but not jump or run. The fit is true to size. I’m 5’5” and weigh 176lbs. I am smaller on the upper part of my body and carry a decent sized lower. I wear mediums in most tops! Only thing I didn’t love is the packaging. I have a few of these because they're so comfortable and the right support for stretching and strength training workouts. My boobs feel supported and not squished from a too tight top, I like the included padding that prevents nipple show during workouts. I've read that some find the straps dig in or aren't supportive enough but that's not been my experience. I did follow their size chart and initially ordered a Medium for my 34C but found that the Large is more comfortable. For reference I'm 5' with an athletic build at 125 - 130 lbs. Read more
