Loved the look of this dress, the fabric and all. Was just too big on the bottom & made it look off. The upper 1/2 was great, maybe a bit big. The lower 1/2, where the dress tied, was just too big or too much fabric and it did not tie well. So it looked like it was very loose. Had to return it unfortunately, was very hopeful! Read more

Can’t say enough good about this dress!! It fits well, has a nice stretch, not see through and is very comfortable, not too tight across my larger bust, buttons do not gap, it has pockets (need I say more!?) 😂 the fabric doesn’t wrinkle easily and it was just long enough for my 5 foot five height. I'm 5'7" and 210lb. I generally wear 18 or 2x tops and 18/20 or 3x bottoms. I purchased the solid yellow in size 3x. The fit was good. The shoulder width is excellent for my wide shoulders. The arms are comfortably slightly loose on my bat wings. The buttons lay flat and closed, no gapping or pulling (40DD). The bodice length could be a few inches longer, after my bust takes up space. The seam line hovers bellow bust level, but not at my waist. I choose not to use the matching fabric belt. Instead, I use a wide, patterned scarf as a belt and use small safety pins to hold it covering the seam location. The skirt has plenty of space for free movement, not body skimming. The length on me is s at my ankle.(5'7") If you are at far end of height either way consider if this will work for you. The fabric is a nice, breathable mid weight. I have no trouble with the top being see through. I chose to use a long half slip on the bottom. There is some see-through on the bottom. The slip solvea this, but the pockets (yes, it has pockets!) are a bit visible through. My dress is the solid yellow... darker of patterned fabrics may not have this issue. I'm as pale as you can get. Skin tone and choice on undergarments may impact the see-through issue. Overall, a nice dress for the price. Read more
