Had a good size rip in my boat cover. Gave this tape a try. Applied it to both sides of the tear. ( rip was about a foot long). I bought clear but it is closer to a white and when applied it is anything but. It did not seem very sticky , but the stuff works. Been on my boat for about 4 weeks now and the cover has been Streached with standing rain water. Still holding tight. Will have to wait until spring to see how it faired over the winter.
