I lived in an RV for a short while and was so glad I bought this. At first the water presser was outrageous (straight from pump/full force), which caused some serious leakage issues. I got this and had it around 50-60, realized that was still way too high and dropped it around 30-40. Adjustments were super responsive and accurate ( I could tell because when I dropped it where it was supposed to be, I stopped having plumbing issues). The knob is smooth and very easy to use, the gauge is clear, easy to read, and reasonably water proof. What water I did get in it (I had the gauge face pointing straight up during PNW rainy season) I just tilted it sideways and it drained/dried without any damage whatsoever. The metal never rusted and the pieces tightened together smooth and tight. I didn’t need to Jerry-rig anything to make it work. I want to say 0 leaks, but even if there was a drip here and there, it wasn’t noticeable and could easily be my own doing (I’m not handy at all and have weak little hands). I was particularly impressed with the quality over seeing another persons rig. Mine was on a whole other league, from the big clear gauge, to the bulk and strength of the fitting. It handles angled pressure well too. I had weight hanging from it and it didn’t start drooping, or spring a leak. I think it’s excellent value for what I paid. It was less than the specialty store I went to after I got it, and the one they had there was the same one I saw on that other persons rig, so I think they paid more for about half the quality of what I got. I have purchased this regulator twice in the recent past. After a few months of operation the gauge would no longer return to zero. The one we are currently using is stuck on 43 psi. I assume that is 0 but not sure. I have to run our water at 85 psi on the gauge to get enough water pressure to do laundry or get a decent flow in a sink. It still works but is very confusing. I wish I knew how to reset it. Read more
