The media could not be loaded. Solid piece of kit. Came with just about everything I needed to install it in my car myself (only exception was opting to use their optional OBD power cable instead of the included hardwire kit). Cable for the rear camera was more than long enough to line a 2023 Toyota Camry. Should be no problem if you have a hatchback and want to go for a clean install. Video quality is pretty comparable to the Reddit favorite brand Viofo (make sure to update the firmware). Front/main cam can do 4K, rear 1440p and internal 1080p with infrared illuminators for almost clear shots of the interior at night. The front cam can do 60fps but at the detriment of cutting the frame rate of the rear and interior camera to 15. Wouldn’t recommend it. Leave it at 30 and they will all record at 30. There is an app, but its usage is optional but convenient. You can do more or less everything without it, including FW updates. The on board buttons are fairly well laid out that navigating the menus aren’t too intimidating. Otherwise the app connects to the dash cam through WiFi and is pretty stable and copying videos to my phone isn’t too slow for the recorded quality involved. Minor thing, but I really like that all the cables get connected to the GPS mount instead of the camera direct. Makes it easy to remove the cam and take it with you if you want (provided you installed it where it won’t bump into something). Latching mechanism is a simple snap. Snaps on and off easily. The geo fencing function is my favorite feature by far as I can leave the parking mode on but will deactivate in 3 zones you set up. I have two setup for home and work. However, the feature is of course very dependent on having a GPS lock So it kinda breaks at my work location since I park in a multi floor structure. I wish the function kept the last known good GPS position that could potentially make it work better in that instance. Works great at home though! Speaking of parking mode, the extra low power parking mode works great. Sips power, and has cut offs for both battery voltage and time. On an event occurring, the camera turns on and starts recording within a second. Pretty fast! Non-extra low power parking mode will give you a buffered video that will include the few seconds before the event. Read more

Works great, it has a great picture and is fairly easy to use. Only real complaint i have is the buttons need to be lit up because you can't see them very well even in the day. Read more

I like this dashcam. The best part - it uses the same power connector that my old Thinkware u1000 which died after 3 years. And the Thinkware battery pack works the same way with Vueroid. So I had to rewire rear camera only. The camera itself has decent build quality and image quality is also great. It is much faster to connect to the phone than U1000. It boots up super fast. So far, I love it. Read more

I got the version that includes only the front 4K camera, so installation was quite easy. The instruction booklet also includes instructions for the other versions that include a rear camera and an interior camera, but my purchase did not include those. I found the area behind the front mirror and stuck the camera there. Adjustment of the camera angle was fairly simple. The adhesive solidly holds the base onto the window. I did not use the feature to connect the power directly to the car's power but just used the cigarette lighter connector. Connectivity to the car's power was quite simple. There is an included tool to help insert the power cable into the car's trim, which wasn't necessary but works nevertheless. It's easy enough to use your fingers to push the wiring into place. Because I did not use the included hardware kit, parking mode doesn't work on my setup. I had to get a third party micro SD card because there wasn't one included in the package. It seemed to work without issue. Once installed, I simply followed the directions in the installation booklet to do the initial setup. Video is good and sharp. There is an app that can be downloaded to your phone, but it isn't really necessary as long as you have a card reader on your PC. A really nice feature of this camera is that it is detachable. Just slide the camera to the side off the mount and you can hide the camera or take it with you. The camera is a bit on the expensive side for just a front camera. Read more

I purchased this to replace my Transcend DP550 and this camera is in a completely different league! Very easy to use interface, super easy app (best of all the video transferred speed is super fast!). It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Setup took about 20 mins and running the cabling isn’t that hard if you use the included tools and video instructions. No rattles, cheap plasticity feeling or anything that would make you regret buying it. I only wish that there was a bundle with just the front camera and cabin camera (an added plus would be to have the cabin camera built into the main camera). Video quality is also great and night time video quality is also very good. I opted for the OBD II port plug as my car doesn’t have fuses in the cabin that are switched. Overall I’m very happy and excited to see how long this unit lasts! Read more

The product works ok when new but they only give you 30 days to return before you have to go to manufacturing. The device starts to have some problems like fast playback and random shutdown when driving. Its over priced on amazon. they claim you have to use the vueroid SD card, but it worked fine with other Micro Sd cards like sandisk or samsung, which they don't disclose or include..So you can end up wasting money on SD cards.
